This ensures that:

• The prize is brand new and genuine,
• Product warranty is included,
• Any equipment firmware, power plugs/voltage will be correct to your region,
• User guides, manuals will be in English,
• The supplier will offer after sales support to the winner if required.

We determine prize values by using the tax inclusive manufacturer’s recommended retail price (RRP) or an average calculated of standard prices from multiple retailers. This price should not be compared to individual retailer pricing, as they may offer discounts, promotions, temporary sales, or have their own pricing strategies. We are not responsible for fluctuations in market pricing, and the stated value does not guarantee the current retail cost or resale value.

To use your Champ Credit or Bonus Entries towards any current or future giveaway:

1. Login to Camera Champ using the email address you used when entering a giveaway.

2. Go to profile > your Champ Credit will be displayed.

3. When entering a giveaway > be logged in > during checkout > select 'Apply Champ Credit' as your part or full payment method.
